M&A / TRANSACTION ADVISORY: covering all aspects from transaction planning to execution and implementation - General advisory - assistance with transaction preparation and strategic planning prior to engaging with 3rd parties, including selecting investment banking and other specialist inputs, EV methodologies and modelling and funding options. - Buy side advisory - identifying / evaluating acquisition targets, due diligence, financial analysis and risk assessments to help you make informed acquisition decisions - Sell side advisory - process management, seller due diligence, preparation of business information and presentations and liaising with 3rd parties. Our aim is to do whatever is required to maximize your deal value and facilitate a smooth transaction - Merger / Joint Venture facilitation - including liaising with potential merger candidates, terms, structure and regulatory requirements.
