Jeff is an experienced economic and financial adviser with over 30 years' of global experience including a decade at the Reserve Bank working in both economic analysis and financial markets and over 15 years leading Nab’s Australian Economics & Industry Intelligence team, as well as a secondment as CEO of the Australian Bankers Association in 2000/01. As a key representative of the banking and financial services sector, he has engaged in general dialogue and policy issues with a wide range of stakeholders including government, supervisors, customers and the general community.

STEVE JOHNSON
Over 30 years' experience in managing all aspects of retail credit in Australia, the UK and NZ with previous senior roles including Global Head of Retail Credit for National Australia Bank and consulting experience in retail risk management including consumer credit reform, risk optimisation, risk governance frameworks, collections, Basel II and retail credit modelling across major banks, telcos and other financial service providers.
